Last month, we were lucky enough to attend 13 different healthcare conferences all over the country. From massive expos like HLTH, to tighter-knit, regional events like HFMA NJ + PA, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in all corners of the healthcare space and meet with hundreds of leaders across the industry.
Our team came back to the office raving about the inspiring, educational sessions they sat in on, and sharing their takeaways from the conversations they had about AI, revenue cycle, and more.
The Integration of AI is a Must-Have in 2025
One of our team members, Michelle Cadrin-Msumba, said that her greatest takeaway from athenahealth’s Thrive and Becker’s ASC conferences were the conversations she had about the future of AI. Here’s what Michelle had to say after returning home from athenahealth’s Thrive conference:
Your biggest takeaway?
“I am convinced, now more than ever, that the integration of AI, like Adonis Intelligence, in revenue cycle management (RCM) is a must-have strategy for RCM to reduce costs and address industry complexities — especially as we approach declining reimbursement rates.”
Why is that?
“The patient community is older and facing more illnesses than ever before, there is a shortage of Clinicians that is expected to worsen as existing doctors exit for retirement, the non-clinical labor workforce is expensive and increasingly hard to find as they now near retirement age, and 3rd party reimbursement rates continue to decline.”
How are teams combating these challenges?
“If the only way out is through, then the only way to fight through this period in time is to get more efficient. The biggest opportunity for RCM exists in efficiency and labor. Adonis Intelligence enables this efficiency, making teams more effective and capable of optimizing revenue on behalf of Clinicians.
Our Mission to to simplify the operational challenges providers face when collecting payment has never been more important to provider groups. I’m so excited to see teams continue to adopt Adonis Intelligence in 2025 to combat these challenges.”
